Whether you are a church leader, christians and non christian, on the Damaged Pastor, we will discuss various western church culture ideologies that, intentional or not, were developed but have ultimately caused more harm than good. Each week we will spend a few minutes highlighting various topics that I personally believe have been a source of a lot of church hurt contributing to the ever growing distrust society has for religious leaders. It is my goal to openly discuss these topics to help encourage true human authenticity from church leaders and attendees. Exchanging “church people” for “real people”.
